We cannot offer a refund during the time that the item ships out and you receive tracking information. You'll have to wait until you receive the product and return it to be eligible for a refund. If there is a defect with the product please send us a video of the issue to otctmb@gmail.com and we can arrange a return or refund from there depending on the situation. Our refund policy lasts 10 days from the time the tracking number states "delivered" and the product arrives.
